Frequently asked storage questions

We have all sizes of units inside our facility – 4.5cu mtrs, 13cu mtrs, 21 cu mtrs, 30 cu mtrs, 35 cu mtrs, 43 cu mtrs and 86.5 cu mtrs.  Whether you want to just store some boxes or files, a 1 bdrm, 2 bdrm, 3 bdrm lot of furniture or a vehicle, we have a unit to suit your needs. (I’ll let you work that  one out.)

A minimum of 1 month and payment for one month is required.  You can either choose to pay a monthly amount or weekly.  If you have overpaid when you decide to vacate the unit then a week-by-week refund will be given.

No food items, hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods are to be stored.

Access is available 24/7.  You are given a code to enter the small foyer where you have your own private pin number to turn the alarms off when entering or on when leaving your unit.

Goods are stored at you own risk; you should take out insurance cover personally.  We insure the building but not your goods.

Long Term Rentals of over 2 years can negotiate a discount.

There is no access to power as all power and lighting are turned off automatically when the alarms are turned on to prevent an electrical fire.

Notify the facility and talk to them about your circumstances and arrange payment terms or request a smaller and cheaper unit.  Easy Store will have a lien on all goods stored for all storage fees not paid.

The facility is a hazard for children so therefore we insist that children not be brought into the facility.

The lift is a goods lift ONLY and not for transporting people. All safety features are to be in place and the door at the top is to be reclosed after each use.
